Cypress Edge, Toledo Bend
Cypress Edge Estates is a new waterfront community at mid-lake
on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake. Phase 1 will have 7 waterfront lots

Directions: From Highway 6 in Toledo Town turn
north on Highway 191 then left on Pilcher Road. Go down Pilcher about 2
miles to Pitt Road and take a left onto Pitt Rd. The subdivsion entrance is
on the left side. The lots begin about 150
yards back from the entrance.

No unsightly overhead power lines
distracting from the beauty of the homes and the views to the water.
Underground electric power lines will be run to each building site at the
front of each lot. The lot owner is responsible for running power from
the road to his or her structure.
