Cypress Edge, Toledo Bend
Cypress Edge Estates is a new waterfront community at mid-lake (near Toledo Town and Hwy. 6) on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake.  Phase 1 is complete and most lots are sold.  Phase II is now complete and both waterfront and water view lots are avialable. Directions:  From Highway 6 in Toledo Town turn north on Highway 191 then left on Pilcher Road.  Go down Pilcher about 2 miles to Pitt Road and take a left onto Pitt Rd.  The subdivsion entrance is on the left side.  The lots begin about 150 yards back from the entrance.

Underground Utilities:
No unsightly overhead power lines distracting from the beauty of the homes and the views to the water.  Underground electric power lines will be run to each building site at the front of each lot.  The lot owner is responsible for running power from the road to his or her structure. Central water is also run within the subdivision.  Each lot will require a separate sewer treatment to be installed by the purchaser.

Cypress Edge Estates is located only about five minutes from Toledo Town at mid-lake and a fifteen minute drive to Many, Louisiana providing access to shopping, restaurants, medical services, grocery stores and a community hospital.
